Library privacy choices
Optional cookies are off until you allow them. You can use the Library without allowing analytics or advertising. Change your choices anytime through Account → Help → Privacy choices.
Website analytics
If you allow website analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and purchases. Microsoft Clarity helps us improve eligible public pages with heatmaps and masked session replays. Sign-in, account, payment and recovery flows are excluded from replay.
Advertising
If you allow Advertising, the Meta Pixel sends public Library page activity and verified purchases to Meta to measure our ads and help show relevant Library ads on Facebook and Instagram. It receives a browser identifier, eligible ad-click identifiers, your request IP address and browser information, a clean page URL, and—for a verified purchase—a hashed order ID, product, amount and currency.
We do not add customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or sign-in and receipt tokens to these events. This setup does not enable Meta’s Conversions API or upload customer lists. Google advertising tracking remains off.
Meta identifiers (_fbp and, when available, _fbc) last up to 90 days. Withdrawing advertising permission stops future Library advertising events and clears these Library cookies; it does not erase information already received by Meta. Meta may process information internationally under its own policies.
Your earlier analytics choice does not grant advertising permission.
Purchase troubleshooting
When you start or complete a purchase, we keep a limited technical record of your cookie choices and whether purchase-measurement steps were attempted or encountered an error. This helps us troubleshoot checkout and measurement, including when optional cookies are declined. It does not enable optional tracking or send this record to advertising platforms.
Records older than 30 days are removed when the next diagnostic record is saved.
