How do I vote?
Enter your email and accept the rules here. We’ll save your giveaway entry and take you to English Speeches on the Digital Creator Awards website. There, complete “I’m not a robot” and tap “Confirm”. Entering your email here does not cast a vote.
What could I win?
Eight different people will each win one digital prize: two Full English Course places (approximate retail value C$507.07 each), two lifetime Library memberships (C$211.28 each), two 3000+ English Phrasal Verbs eBooks (C$21.11 each), and two Learn English with Speeches eBooks (C$28.16 each). Total approximate retail value: C$1,535.24. The eBooks are digital, not printed books.
When does the giveaway end?
Entries close on October 5, 2026, at 12 noon. The planned random prize draw is on the same day at 6 p.m. Both times are Toronto, Ontario time (Eastern Daylight Time, UTC−4). We’ll contact potential winners by email.
Do I have to buy anything or vote?
No purchase is needed. Voting is optional and does not change your chance of winning. The prizes do not depend on English Speeches reaching the Top 8. One entry per person; entering again with the same email does not add another chance.
Can you see whether I voted?
No. The Digital Creator Awards manages the voting. We cannot verify your vote from this page.
Who can enter?
The giveaway is open worldwide to people who have reached the age of majority where they live, except where prohibited by law. English Speeches team members and members of their immediate households may not enter. Void where prohibited.
How are winners selected?
Eight potential winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received before the deadline. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries. A person may win only one prize. Potential winners must reply within seven days and may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question. If a potential winner is ineligible, does not reply in time, or cannot satisfy the requirements, another entry may be selected.
What happens to my email?
It will be stored separately from Library accounts and mailing lists and used only to administer this giveaway and contact potential winners. Entering does not create a Library account or subscribe you to marketing emails. Giveaway records are not public and are scheduled for deletion within 12 months after the draw unless they must be retained longer for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
